I NEED FREE WEB HOSTING.

Maybe I'm just out of the loop here, but I've spent hours on trying to find decent free web hosting with no success. I didn't think it would be that hard, but it is. Here are my conditions:

1.) I need 40KB of free storage (yes, only 40KB).
2.) I need some type of URL registration. I don't need a domain, I don't even need a subdomain--I just need an address of some kind. Hopefully something not shady.
3.) I need to be able to upload a webpage that runs Java applets.
4.) I need to be able to upload a compressed .JAR file.
5.) The web host needs to be totally not shady.

I would like it if it was ad-free and popup-free, but at this point, I'm not picky. I'd also like it if there was a guarantee that it wouldn't be disappearing (that's what happened to my last server), but again, I'll take whatever at this point.

I would have thought this would be a relatively easy thing to find, but I've spent a few fruitless hours on this. There are tons of companies offering free hosting, but most of them require you to register your own domain or are totally shady. (My last attempt actually required me to register with some type of survey-taking company before it would activate my account--bastards!!) If anyone can suggest one that works and doesn't suck and isn't shady, I would be extremely grateful.
